01. Competition Eligibility
Participation in the "Student" category for the 81st National Level Event requires a valid College Bonafide Certificate. Any misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification from the ₹2,21,000/- prize pool.
02. Artwork Authenticity
For the On-The-Spot competition, all works must be created live during the designated schedule (Jan 24-25, 2026). Pre-prepared works will not be accepted. The jury's decision is final and binding.
03. Commission & Sales
Nashik Kala Niketan retains a 20% commission on any artwork sold during the Annual Exhibition at Kurtkoti Sabhagruh. This amount is utilized for the development of the Society and Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya.
04. Lodging & Boarding
Free lodging is provided for outstation participants on Jan 23rd & 24th only. Participants must adhere to the institution's code of conduct during their stay.
