Refund
Policy
01. Entry Fees
Registration fees for the On-The-Spot competition (₹200) and Annual Exhibition entries (₹500 for Professionals / ₹200 for Students) are **non-refundable** once the payment is processed.
02. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event of competition cancellation by the Nashik Kala Niketan Society, registration fees will be refunded to the original payment source within 15 working days, minus any bank processing charges.
03. Non-Participation
Failure to attend the competition or exhibition after registration does not qualify for a refund. No adjustments will be made for future events.
