01. Collection of Credentials

To maintain the integrity of the 81st National Level On-The-Spot competition, we collect participant credentials, including contact information and mandatory college bonafide certificates for those entering the student category.

02. Usage & Logistics

Your data is primarily used for event logistics, specifically coordinating the free lodging provided for participants on Jan 23rd and 24th, 2026, and facilitating the distribution of the ₹2,21,000/- prize pool.

03. Institutional Rights

Artists participating in the Annual Art Exhibition at Kurtkoti Sabhagruh agree that artwork titles and artist names will be used in public catalogs. Additionally, a 20% institutional commission applies to all sales made during the exhibition.

04. Media Usage

Nashik Kala Niketan reserves the right to document the 81st event through photography and video for historical archives and promotional use, honoring the legacy founded by Kalamaharshi V. G. Kulkarni.
